According to details, the Islamabad High Court issued notices to the parties including the Election Commission and the Law Ministry in connection with the ineligible case against Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry.

On Thursday, Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Athar Manullah heard the petition against Fawad Chaudhry. Chief Justice said why the court should not say anything in political matters.

The lawyer said that Fawad Chaudhry hid assets from the Election Commission and did not disclose Jhelum’s land to the Election Commission.

The Chief Justice said that political issues should be resolved on political forums. The Chief Justice said that my court always discouraged interference in the political case.
