Bangladesh men cricket team’s tour to Pakistan has been finalized between the two boards today in a meeting between the chairmen of the two boards. ICC chief Shashank Manohre is said to have played a major role in helping the PCB to convince the BCB chief.

The tour will be played in three legs. The Three T20Is will be played in January in Lahore. The Bangladesh team will then go back home and return for the first test of the series in February which will be played in Rawalpindi. The Bangladesh team will come back in April to play the second test in Karachi and will also play a one day international.

This tour, if it happens, is going to be the second time a full ICC member will be touring Pakistan for a test series. It will be a major boost for cricket in Pakistan and will hopefully pave way for more teams to tour Pakistan.
